Create a REALworkspace
Think of your REALworkspace as your own virtual data room. You can jump-start the process by using one of our best practices templates or create your own folder structure. Create as many or as few folders as you need. If you need help, our support team can help with recommendations based on your business objectives.
Upload your documents and files
Uploading documents into your REALworkspaces is simple; just choose the file you want to upload from your computer, select the destination folder, then click. You’ll see a confirmation that the action was successful. For multiple files or documents, a batch uploading feature streamlines the process. And, because there is no limit on file size, you can upload large files like CAD drawings, photos, presentations, even video with no problems.
Add users and set controls
You assign access rights to any members of your team and third-parties, such as brokers, leasing agents, clients or attorneys, involved with your properties – whether in daily operations or transactions. Settings allow you to control what each user can see and do within your REALworkspace. A built-in monitoring feature enables you to closely track all user activity.
