Jim Melson - Chief Executive Officer
Jim Melson is involved in all aspects of daily management including client services, product development, market positioning and sales. Jim has more than twenty-five years of experience providing leadership and innovation evidenced by delivery of ground-breaking technology solutions to the commercial real estate industry.
Previously he was President of RealPage, Inc., a nationally recognized company offering property management software and integrated solutions to multifamily owners and managers. Prior to RealPage, Jim founded Melson Technologies, a consulting and software development company which established many technology standards (such as Skyline and Pro-Ject) during the 1990’s. He is a Certified Public Accountant and started his career in the audit practice group of Arthur Andersen & Co.
Nancy Summers - SVP, Client Services
Nancy Summers guides the support and training of REALworkspaces subscribers. Her extensive knowledge of real estate best practices enables subscribers to quickly launch and begin using the robust features and functionality of REALworkspaces. Additionally Nancy provides leadership roles in product development, sales support and operational infrastructure.
Prior to REALworkspaces, Nancy held a variety of roles within commercial real estate practice groups of prominent law firms.
David Marlow - VP, Business Development
David Marlow has responsibility for developing and implementing strategies that expand market penetration in commercial real estate. He actively participates in sales, marketing and research activities aimed at generating new business. David has extensive experience in sales, marketing, overseas business development and operations in rapid growth, high tech environments.
Prior to joining REALworkspaces, he was Vice President of Marlow Industries, Inc., a $35 million privately held company that manufactures miniature solid-state cooling components and cooling assemblies for the military, telecommunications, medical, industrial and consumer markets. He has extensive business and travel experience in Western Europe and the Far East. He had an active role in winning of the 1991 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
Mark Zeigler - Manager, Client Services
Mark Zeigler is instrumental in training and support of REALworkspaces subscribers. He has been an employee since inception of the company (ten years) and has become an expert in all aspects of administering and optimizing REALworkspaces. His responsibilities extend to supporting sales activities by educating prospective subscribers on advantages of REALworkspaces.
