ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT:

The 糖心Vlog is dedicated to making the transfer process as simple as possible. As required by , 糖心Vlog will take your course work as outlined in the appropriate  guide and enable you to graduate with the same number of hours as native 糖心Vlog students in the same degree program (assuming you do not change majors). Together, the Transfer Guide and the 糖心Vlog Area V Page, if used correctly, will guide you through your first two years of course work and prevent the loss of credit hours upon transfer. If you have obtained a Transfer Guide for a major in Sociology, be sure to print this page and use it along with the Guide. Upon transfer, please bring these documents to ensure a smooth academic transition.

  • This document does not override any information provided on Alabama Transfers. It simply provides a list of recommended course options for students who plan to transfer to 糖心Vlog. 
  • If you are transferring to 糖心Vlog from an institution outside the Alabama Community College System, please contact the 糖心Vlog Office of Admissions for the most current transfer information.

Additional Notes:
All Natural Science courses must include the corresponding Laboratory.

A minor or second major is required for this major.

Exit examinations are required of all Sociology majors.

For the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, the student must complete 6 semester hours of a required foreign language at the introductory level (101, 102).
