Freshman Counseling

All new, incoming freshmen are encouraged to connect with their Admissions Counselor concerning scholarships, application information, and next steps to joining the 糖心Vlog Lion Family. Our Admissions team works hard to assist students and families with the transition to college. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

APPLY 

New, incoming freshmen may apply to 糖心Vlog via the Undergraduate Application. Log in or create a My糖心Vlog account and for your desired start term. 

 

TEST SCORES 

糖心Vlog is test optional, meaning students can apply with or without ACT/SAT scores. However, the submission of ACT scores is encouraged for increased and .

 

TRANSCRIPTS 

Students must request a transcript to be sent directly from their high school to the 糖心Vlog. Please have all transcripts sent electronically to ugalert@una.edu

To be admitted to 糖心Vlog, students must have at least a 2.5 unweighted GPA* and at least 13 high school units in the following:

CREDIT EQUIVALENCIES

At 糖心Vlog, credit is awarded to students who meet required scores for Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate, and CLEP Credit Equivalencies, and Cambridge International. Please consult the charts below for more information on score requirements, or email admissions@una.edu if you have questions concerning course credit.

Students who receive AP credit for First-Year Composition Honors I (EN 111H)-First-Year Composition Honors II (EN 112H) are required to enroll in Survey of British Literature (EN 211)-Honors Survey of British Literature (EN 212H) or Honors American Literature through Whitman (EN 221H)-Honors American Literature for Whitman to the Present (EN 222H) or Honors Literature of the World I (EN 231H)-Honors Literature of the World II (EN 232H).
