Subscription fees for REALworkspaces are straightforward (and affordable!).
Regardless of transaction size, number of users and volume of documents, the annual
subscription fee for a single REALworkspace is the same. This fee is paid when the
REALworkspace is launched and on each subsequent anniversary date.
As an example, a subscriber launches a REALworkspace for diligence associated with
the sale of a property. Included in the subscription fee is the following:
- Unrestricted use for any type or size transaction
- “As needed” training and ongoing support
- Unlimited number of users allowed to access diligence
- Unlimited volume of documents needed for diligence
- Access to library of “best practices” to accelerate set-up and optimize results
- World class hosting and security
This affordable annual licensing arrangement encourages readiness of diligence today
for speed-to-market on future transactions. Additionally promotes post-closing uses
such as deal archiving and ongoing asset management.
